Attendees pay for their own charges
We will paddle down Luce Bayou from Ponderosa Marina then upstream on the East Fork of the San Jacinto River to Peach Creek.  Depending on circumstances, we will turn around at some point and paddle back.  This should be an easy paddle with a rest and/or lunch stop. I am anticipating 8 - 10 miles of paddling.  Be prepared, as always, for rain, insects, and possible immersion. There could be a few pulls over shallow spots or around downed trees.

Ponderosa Marina is at 27400 Huffman-Cleveland Rd, Huffman, TX 77336.  They charge a parking fee of $7/car. Bring exact change. There is a port-potty.

Hazards  - A little current, slippery boat ramp, fire ants, alligators, snakes, some boat traffic.  Weather yet to be determined.
