This is an opportunity for our kayaking community to visit, learn and support this paddler&#39;s park owned by paddlers for paddlers. It is a private park on the Brazos River near Navasota. This festival is in particular to raise funds to operate the park (i.e. utilities, restrooms, showers, grounds).<br /><br />If you join the TRPA (Texas Rivers Protection Association) and go through an orientation when visiting the property, you will have access to a private park available to you whenever you want to paddle, camp, relax. This event will provide that opportunity among other activities such as multiple river trips long and short on the Brazos and Navasota Rivers along with camping overnight if desired. Fee based activities include lessons and ACA certifications. <br /><br />All detailed information is provided at texasriverfestival.net.
