All coaches are certified by either the American Canoe Association (ACA) or the British Canoeing (BCU) and some are certified by both organizations. Members of their staff have paddled some of the most challenging coastlines on the planet. They host a symposium each year in February which is preceded by a BCU/ACA training week.
