For women, too! For convenience, women often choose drysuits with the men's zipper relief valve and use a female urination funnel. Several brand are available from Amazon. It takes just a little practice ... enough said. I really like staying comfortable by being warm and hydrated in our year round paddling.
Kokatat makes really great drysuits. Note that this model has the tunnel feature for tucking in your sprayskirt to keep water from entering your kayak at the waist. It's the gaskets that age and Robert got them updated by the Kokatat. Both the manufacturer and NRS do this and testing right.
