We will be camping at Cold Pass Resorts located between Surfside and Galveston 1.6 miles West of San Luis Pass. I plan to go down Friday night and leave on Sunday. Cold Pass Resorts has cabins and RV sites. The RV sites can also be rented for tent camping. Click on the above link for more details or call 979-239-2040. Tell them you are with the HASK group.
You can camp or just join us for one of the day trips. Please register for the activities you want to participate in.
Fees:
Camping - $25/night for RV site for 2 people, add a 3rd person for an additional $15 and a 4th person for an additional $10. With 4 people that is $10 per night/person and includes the kayak launch. Let Jean know that you are with the HASK group and would like to share a RV Site with someone if possible. Contact Cold Pass Resorts at 979-239-2040.

Non ACA members will need to pay $10 in addition to above fees.
Directions: Cold Pass Resort, located between Surfside and Galveston 1.6 miles West of San Luis Pass. It’s about 75 miles from downtown Houston. Take I45 south to Galveston, exit at 61st street and take a right onto 61st, drive to Seawall Blvd and take a right. Near the end of Seawall Blvd veer to the right onto FM3005. FM3005 becomes Termini Road. Drive to the southwest end of Galveston Island. Cross the bridge at San Luis Pass continue on 1.6 miles to Cold Pass Resort. Look for the yellow cabins on your right.
This event is conducted in partnership with the American Canoe Association. All participants must sign an ACA waiver of liability. Select Trip Rating on this website for trip ratings, gear requirements, and participant guidelines. All participants must wear a PFD and be able to perform a wet-exit. There is a $10 fee for participants who are not an ACA member.
